Every year, Lincoln Elementary participates in the Great Kindness Challenge to encourage students to notice others and intentionally be kind. As a result of these "Kindness" weeks, we have installed a Buddy Bench thanks to the support of Pizza Factory, supported Paradise Elementary following the devastating fire, and sent hundreds of pairs of shoes to children in Africa who do not have shoes. During the Kindness Weeks, classrooms compete to do the most acts of kindness in one week and culminates in an all-school assembly promoting kindness.
