After School Education & Safety Program
The After School Enrichment and Safety (ASES) Program will open in person program beginning March 22, 2021 and ending June 3, 2021. The ASES Program will commence immediately upon the conclusion of the regular school day and operates three days per week in person and at least until 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The ASES Program will also continue to operate Monday through Thursday in a virtual format as well. We pride ourselves in creating a safe, engaging, positive setting for our students. To get the most out of their time in the program, students need to attend each day and stay for the entire program.

Hours of Operation:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:00-5:00 p.m.—In person
Wednesday: 3:00-4:15 p.m.—Zoom Help Center and Enrichment Activities
Each year the target population differs depending on the school and student needs. This year our ASES program is currently open to First to Sixth Grade Students, who are in need of academic intervention, free of charge.

Clovis Unified School District’s expanded learning program strive to be America’s benchmark for excellence.

Our mission is to provide a safe environment that fosters educational and enrichment opportunities for students.
Students enrolled in the ASES program are expected to attend every day. If a student has excessive unexcused absences he/she will be dropped from the program as our funding is reliant on both enrollment and attendance.
Participation in the ASES program is a privilege. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward other students and/or staff is reason for dismissal.
Parent MUST attend an ASES Parent Meeting before their child(ren) to be eligible for enrollment into ASES for the 2020-2021 school year.
Any parent who is interested in enrolling their child in the ASES program may fill out an application in the front office. Application submission and/or previous enrollment does not guarantee placement in the ASES program. Students may not start program until contacted by the ASES Site Coordinator.
If you should have any further questions please contact:
Celia Willis, Site Coordinator @ 327-7200 or [email protected]
